I thought parenting was innate and "I got this" until.......
I discovered a deeper truth. The real challenge wasn’t my child’s behavior; it was the energy I brought into our relationship. Parenting isn’t about control—it’s about raising your vibration and reconnecting with your own source energy. It’s about stepping into self-awareness, breaking free from old patterns, and focusing on what you truly want: peace, trust, and authentic connection.
As a professional deeply rooted in behavioral analysis and trauma-informed care, I once relied on traditional methods: rewards, punishments, time-outs, and imposed consequences. Yet, despite my expertise, I felt like I was failing my own children. I realized I was parenting from a place of fear, all about disciplining, constantly monitoring, controlling, and enforcing. I had become a director, a dictator, a police, and even a firefighter, putting out fires left and right—everything except a beacon of light for my child.
Through the everyday challenges and joys of parenting, I have come to understand that raising children is not merely about guiding them but also about allowing them to guide us. I believe that parenting, at its deepest level, is a transformative journey—a mirror that reflects our growth, courage, and vulnerability. Through my children, I have been awakened to a richer and more meaningful life than I ever imagined. Now, I am passionate about sharing this wisdom with others, hoping to inspire parents to see their children as catalysts for personal evolution and soul awakening. Parenting is the ultimate spiritual journey, one that transcends traditional roles and taps into the boundless potential for love and growth within us all.
